Form2 Dental Cast
Only for Formlabs printers!
Description
Dental cast resin is a great choice for direct casting of metal and pressing of ceramic crowns and bridges. Early zero ash content (less than 0.1%) and thermoplastic properties make the resin suitable for direct casting. The resin has been designed to burn out quickly at high temperatures to reduce production time. We recommend using phosphate-bonded casting investment material that can handle plastics at high temperatures to ensure the best casting quality. Slight odor and lack of hazardous monomers allow for using it even in a small laboratory. Meets the requirements of iso 10993. Certified for medical use. Registration certificate for medical device № RZN 2020/12007 (Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare).

Benefits
Accurate
Provides high precision printing
Odorless
Resins are odorless and cause no irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation without special technique
Low shrinkage
Shrinkage less than 0.5% gives you the same size like 3D model on your computer and it doesn’t change size after postcuring
Zero ash content
Close to zero ash content (<0.1%) and high strength makes it possible to cast precise metal and ceramic products
Stable
Resin is very stable, you can leave it for a long time in the vat, no sedimentation and gel formation occur – no need to mix
Easy to cast
Thermoplastic behavior of the resin provides melting in wide temperature window (250-300°C) to give very smooth surface of casted models
