Post-processing table
What is Needed for Proper Post-Processing?
Post-Processing Sequence of Actions
Wash the product no longer than the time specified in the table. First, rinse off the main layer of resin in "dirty alcohol," then complete the washing stage in "clean alcohol." Use either isopropyl alcohol (Absolute) or ethyl alcohol (at least 96%). Optionally, you can use a soft brush and an ultrasonic cleaner.
Temperature and duration of product heating in a drying oven. Place the product in a preheated oven. Use professional equipment with a temperature control sensor.
Duration of exposure or the preset curing mode in the UV chamber. If a temperature is specified, curing should be performed in a chamber with heating enabled. If "in glycerin" is specified, place the model in a transparent plastic container (e.g., a cup), fill it with glycerin, and place it in the UV chamber for curing.
Some materials require additional heating after UV curing. Use the drying oven again. The table specifies the temperature and duration for heating the product in the oven. Place the product in a preheated oven.
Recommended Drying Ovens: Binder E28, Memmert UN30, Nabertherm TR 30, Falc Instruments FD Series
